"For Pete's Sake"

Peter Michael Hallinan
March 23, 1971 - August 28, 2002

March 23, 1971-The happiest day of our lives-our son, Peter Michael Hallinan was born. The name "Peter" has many meanings, but those that describe our Peter best would be; handsome, gentle, rock and yes-Stubborn!

Peter's love for life was contagious. He was a wonderful son and grandson, a loving husband, and trusted friend. Peter lit up everyone's life-a true kindred spirit.

Peter married his college sweetheart, Tiffany, on February 12, 2000. The wedding was magical and like any young couple, they looked forward to a promising future together.

Their dream of a family and growing old together was soon shattered…In April 2000, Peter was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor. With his wife, Tiffany, his mom and dad, and all his family and friends, Peter fought this tumor bravely for 2 ½ years.

Peter lost his fight on August 28, 2002. We all miss him tremendously, but his spirit lives on in each of us.
